Kiloview MG300v2 media gateway is a high-performance embedded multi-functional IP Media Gateway device. It integrates functions such as transcoding between H.265 and H.264, multi-channel video decoding to SDI and HDMI output and protocol conversion between NDI HX, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, TS-UDP, and HLS, as well as video combination streaming-all in one. Designed to interconnect systems and devices from different manufacturers and protocols, MG300v2 enables seamless IP video interoperability. It functions not only as a versatile converter, but also as a powerful streaming media server—ideal for building flexible IP video workflows.

It's a Protocol Converter
MG300v2 supports bidirectional conversion between a wide range of streaming protocols, including NDI HX, SRT , RTMP, RTMPS, RTSP, TS-UDP and HLS to NDI HX/SRT/RTSP/RTMP. Whether you’re converting RTSP to RTMP for security monitoring streaming or turning remote SRT streams into local NDI|HX sources for production, MG300 v2 is the perfect device to get the conversion done efficiently.
Interfaces
Powerful IP Stream Function
MG300v2 supports up to 9 input streams simultaneously for protocol conversion.
Each IP stream can be converted and distributed into up to 4 same/different protocol outputs, enabling up to 36 protocol conversions in total. Sources can be dynamically switched to match different applications.
It’s a Media Server
It supports up to 50 concurrent access for streams distribution/live streaming;
*Note: The actual concurrent access capability depends on the specific network bandwidth, video format and other factors. The device transmission limit is 600Mbps.
It’s a Transcoder and Multiview Creator
Kiloview MG300v2 highlights video transcoding between H.264 and H.265. It can also combine multiple video streams into a multiview layout and stream it to the live broadcast platforms.
*H.264/H.265 transcoding will be available in the upcoming firmware update.
It’s Also a Decoder
It supports decoding 4K H.264/H.265 IP streams and output to 3G-SDI and 4K HDMI. It supports decoding up to 9 channels of videos simultaneous.
*Note: 9 channels with 1080P60, or 2 channels of 4KP60, or 4 channels of 4KP30.
